This is an opportunity to lead the technical direction of a major enterprise programme, driving secure, scalable IAM solutions across a complex global environment.Lead the technical design and architecture for enterprise IAM solutions.Define and maintain High andamp; Low Level Designs (HLDs/LLDs).Drive technical decision-making, solution governance, and technology selection.Ensure alignment with security, enterprise architecture, and regulatory standards.Champion Zero Trust and Identity-First security principles.Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and design assurance across engineering teams.Support delivery planning, technical risk management, and cross-team integration.Ensure solutions are secure, resilient, scalable, and production-ready.SKILLS NEEDEDProven experience leading enterprise IAM programmes within Financial Services.Strong background in Identity andamp; Access Management, Authentication, and Authorisation.Experience designing secure, scalable architectures in complex enterprise environments.Knowledge of Zero Trust, ..... full job details .....
