Technical Internal Sales Executive

We are recruiting for a Technical Internal Sales Executive on a full-time and permanent basis working with our client based in Daventry. Over time, you will build strong product knowledge and take on more responsibility for helping customers identify, source and specify suitable products for their requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to inbound customer enquiries by phone, email and live chat in a professional and helpful manner.Prepare accurate quotations and follow up with customers to progress opportunities.Process customer orders accurately and monitor them through to delivery.Develop detailed product knowledge across consumables, ancillaries and related technical equipment.Work with purchasing and technical colleagues to source products and identify suitable solutions for customer projects.Maintain accurate records of customers, quotations and orders using Microsoft Business Central.Build trusted customer relationships by understanding ..... full job details .....
