The Crowd are exclusively partnered with a highly desirable, trailblazing design studio in the heart of London that is looking for a Technical Interior Designer with a strong delivery and coordination focus to join their collaborative and forward-thinking team.Our client has a strong pipeline of projects across the luxury hospitality and ultra-prime residential sectors, with this particular role initially focused on delivering a large, confidential ultra-prime residential project in the UK. This is a highly technical role, suited to someone from either a luxury hospitality or high-end residential background who thrives on managing complex drawing packages and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders of all levels.This is a rare opportunity to join an emerging, innovative, design-led studio that is partnered with top-tier industry names. Review and coordinate Stage 3+ drawing packages with a particular focus on joinery, panelling, and technical detailingProvide clear design feedback to ensure alignment with ultra-prime project standardsEnsure all drawings are compliant, fully coordinated, and ready for deliveryCollaborate closely with interior designers, architects, and the wider consultant teamSupport ongoing site coordination and proactively resolve issues as they ariseQualifications
Degree in Architecture/Interior Architecture or Interior DesignProven background in high-end residential or luxury hospitality projectsStrong technical delivery experience across all RIBA stages, especially Stage 3+Proficient in Revit (or willing to upskill); Rhino experience is a bonusConfident navigating complex coordination processes and managing external consultantsCalm under pressure, solutions-focused, and highly detail-orientedOn-site experience is highly advantageousNaturally collaborative, a confident communicator, and proactive in sharing ideasStrong verbal and written communication skills; able to engage effectively at all levelsEmployment details
