Technical Integration Specialist

Job Title: Technical Integration Specialist Location: Southport (hybrid) About the Role: The primary focus for this role is to support our B2B and D2C sales teams with the onboarding of new partners using our existing API integrations and support existing partners migrate where required. It is typical for this role to necessitate direct collaboration with our partners'' development teams, ensuring optimal results for all parties involved. The hands-on knowledge you develop whilst supporting our partners you will then be utilised to improve our API documentation and work with our internal development teams to further develop our APIs to ensure they are robust and meet our partners requirements. The Technical Integration Specialist will also serve as the primary contact for all matters related to APIs and system integrations. The expectation is for this role to be capable of swiftly and effectively resolving both internal and external inquiries pertaining to these matters, with the support of our development teams. Key Responsibilities: Identifying and suggesting process and technology opportunities to improve the speed and efficiency of integrations.
