Technical Inspector

Technical Inspector 37 hours per week Temporary 3-Month Contract £19.32 per hour We are recruiting for a Technical Inspector to join the Asset Strategy Management team. This role is ideal for a construction professional with experience in building inspections, contract management and compliance.Key Duties:Carry out site inspections and assess construction works.Ensure compliance with building regulations, standards and specifications.Monitor contract performance and support NEC contract management.Prepare technical reports and present findings to stakeholders.Investigate and resolve technical issues within project deadlines.Essential Criteria:Relevant qualification in Architecture, Building Surveying, Construction Project Management or a related discipline, with appropriate industry experience; orSignificant equivalent experience in a building construction environment.Applicants should have experience in:Construction legislation and building standards.Construction site inspections.Technical report writing.Contract management and problem-solving.Additional Requirements:Strong IT skills.Full driving licence or access to suitable transport.AccessNI Basic clearance.Apply now for the opportunity to contribute your technical expertise within a fast-paced and professional environment. ..... full job details .....
