This is a temporary 3 month ongoing contract with an hourly rate of 31.56ph umbrella. The role''s purpose is to support the inspection and verification of completed repair works across their housing stock. The role will focus on ensuring that works have been completed in line with specifications and meet the required quality standards. The works are primarily fabric and repair-related rather than MandE focused. The position requires regular travel between multiple properties, so a car is essential.
