Job Title: Technical Inspector (Damp and Mould Surveys)Location: RochdaleContract Type: Temporary Agency RoleDuration: Up to 8 WeeksSalary Equivalent: Approx. £40,000 per annumHours: 36.25 hours per weekWorking Pattern: Monday to Friday, typically 8:00am 3:45pm, with occasional later starts and 5:00pm finishesEquipment and Vehicle: All equipment and a vehicle will be providedWe are currently seeking an experienced Technical Inspector to support our Property Services team on a temporary agency basis for up to 8 weeks to provide sickness cover.This role will focus primarily on conducting Damp and Mould Surveys and associated property inspections across residential housing stock.As a Technical Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, quality, and condition of residential properties. You will undertake a range of property inspections, including damp and mould assessments, structural evaluations, and post-inspections of completed remedial works.Using your technical expertise, you will diagnose property issues, identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, and ensure works are completed to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service.Technical Inspector Key Responsibilities Inspect and diagnose property repairs using specialist equipment and inspection methodsIdentify repair requirements and provide recommendations for remedial worksOrganise and monitor remedial works to ensure quality, compliance, and value for moneyCarry out ..... full job details .....
