This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction or building professional to undertake technical inspections, assess compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and provide specialist technical advice within a housing environment. Key Duties Carry out construction site inspections to evaluate compliance with building regulations and prescribed technical standards. Apply significant knowledge of construction legislation, statutory regulations, building standards, specifications, technical details and related documentation within a housing environment. Assess construction works and identify technical, regulatory and compliance issues. Apply working knowledge of NEC Contracts and assess whether contracts have been managed and delivered in accordance with contractual conditions. Provide technical advice and support to management and key stakeholders. Communicate complex technical issues clearly to senior management and key stakeholders, both verbally and through detailed written reports.
