Technical Infrastructure Architect Contract: Initial 6 months Rate: Up to £650 per day PAYE Working Pattern: Hybrid We''re recruiting for an experienced Technical Infrastructure Architect to join a high-profile public sector transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise infrastructure solutions across a complex technology estate. Working closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams and delivery partners, you''ll help shape secure, resilient and scalable infrastructure that supports critical business services. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of enterprise infrastructure architecture. Produce high- and low-level technical designs. Assess existing infrastructure and define future-state architecture. Develop migration and transition strategies across core infrastructure services. Provide architecture governance and technical assurance. Work collaboratively with stakeholders, suppliers and project teams. Ensure solutions align with security, operational and architectural standards. Skills and Experience Proven experience as a Technical Infrastructure Architect within a large, complex environment. Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, Microsoft 365, networking, identity and access management, cloud and cyber security.
