Technical Food Process Operator

Market 36 Recruitment are recruiting for a Technical Food Process Operator for our client based in Braintree. This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist manufacturer operating unique spray crystallisation technology within a food production environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, and ensuring food products are manufactured safely and efficiently.Roles and ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor specialist computer-controlled production equipment.Manufacture food products in line with production, quality, and hygiene standards.Prepare packaging, labels, and coding to specification.Store, mix, blend, and package products following GMP procedures.Carry out product inspection, packing, and metal detection checks.Palletise, wrap, and label finished goods.Complete production and food safety documentation accurately.Carry out cleaning schedules and maintain high housekeeping standards.Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, food safety, and quality procedures.Support other departments as required.ExperiencePrevious experience within a manufacturing, food production, pharmaceutical, or chemical environment.Experience operating and monitoring automated production equipment.Knowledge of SCADA, PLC, or similar production systems would be advantageous.Previous manual handling experience.Skills and QualificationsConfident using computer-based production systems.Good IT ..... full job details .....
