Technical Fire Safety Manager

Anderson Knight is delighted to be partnering with our client to recruit a Technical Fire Safety Manager (FE, MIFireE). This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fire safety professional to play a key role within a progressive and safety-focused organisation. As Technical Fire Safety Manager, you will work as part of the wider Health and Safety Team, leading the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of fire and building safety strategies across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Lead on the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive fire and building safety strategies, policies, and procedures. Act as the organisation s subject matter expert on fire and building safety legislation, providing authoritative guidance to senior management and colleagues. Ensure full compliance with all relevant statutory requirements, including the Fire (Scotland) Act, Fire Safety (Scotland) Regulations, Building (Scotland) Act, and Building (Scotland) Regulations. Oversee the management of fire safety systems, audits, and risk assessments to promote a robust culture of safety and compliance. Provide technical advice and support on fire engineering solutions, fire risk management, and building safety design considerations. Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including local authorities, contractors, and emergency services.
