Technical Facilities Manager

Supporting specialist facilities including clean rooms, engineering laboratories, manufacturing spaces and associated infrastructure, the organisation is investing in growth and innovation, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact within a complex, fast-paced environment. Your new role As Technical Facilities Manager, you will take ownership of all building services and critical engineering infrastructure across the site. You will provide technical leadership for mechanical, electrical, controls and life safety systems, ensuring engineering integrity, operational resilience and statutory compliance.Key responsibilities will include managing clean room environments, HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, gas and water systems, leading planned and reactive maintenance programmes, overseeing outsourced service partners and developing an internal facilities team.
