We''re recruiting a Technical Estimator to join a well-established manufacturing company in Wembley.

What will you be doing as a Technical Estimator:

• Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email
• Preparing accurate quotations and working with pricing structures
• Understanding customer requirements and identifying suitable solutions
• Liaising with internal teams to resolve technical queries
• Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records
• Supporting order processing and ensuring a smooth customer experience

What we''re looking for in a Technical Estimator:

• Experience in customer service, internal sales or sales support
• Experience preparing quotations or working with pricing
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience within manufacturing, engineering or technical products would be advantageous but is not essential.
