This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong engineering background who enjoys combining technical design, problem solving and customer support. Working as part of a specialist technical team, you''ll provide engineering solutions for a wide range of customer projects, producing technical drawings, supporting operational teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently. The role is predominantly office based in Wales Head Office, although occasional visits to customer sites may be required. Key Responsibilities Produce technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD / CAD software Design engineering solutions to meet customer and project requirements Review technical specifications, drawings and customer enquiries Provide technical support to commercial and operational teams Liaise with customers regarding technical requirements and proposed solutions Carry out engineering calculations and ensure compliance with relevant standards Assist with project planning and technical documentation Support continuous improvement of engineering processes and designs Attend customer sites when required to gather ..... full job details .....
