Several established services, including Defence Gateway, are transitioning from Army HQ into Defence Digital andamp; Data ownership. To meet requirements and support Secure by Design assurance activities, these services require formal documentation using Defence templates and terminology. The successful candidate will work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to capture existing service designs, technical configurations and operational processes, producing documentation suitable for review by the Technical Design Office (TDO). Key Responsibilities Produce Defence-compliant High Level Design (HLD) documents for existing services. Produce supporting Low Level Design (LLD) documentation. Develop Business Process Guides and operational documentation. Conduct interviews and workshops with SMEs and Customer to capture current service architectures and processes.
