Working closely with technical SMEs and customer stakeholders, you will capture current service architectures, technical configurations, and operational processes, producing documentation that meets MOD standards and is suitable for Technical Design Office (TDO) review and assurance activities. Key Responsibilities Produce MOD-compliant High Level Design (HLD) documents for existing live services, including Defence Gateway. Create supporting Low Level Design (LLD), operational and service documentation. Develop Business Process Guides and other supporting documentation. Facilitate workshops and interviews with SMEs and customer stakeholders to capture current-state architectures and processes.
