The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Consultants: Direct specialist external architects, interior designers, and structural engineers.
• Source Materials: Collaborate on selecting premium, sustainable, and cutting-edge materials.
• Ensure Quality: Maintain strict oversight to achieve flawless, luxury-grade construction finishes.
• Value Engineer: Optimize complex designs without compromising on aesthetic intent or luxury.
• Solve Problems: Resolve intricate technical challenges unique to bespoke, complex footprints.
• Navigate Planning: Manage sensitive planning conditions and building regulations for premium developments.
