Technical Director Location: West MidlandsSalary: Up to 120,000 per annumProject Value: Circa 300 million+Client InformationOur client is an established and ambitious property developer delivering a diverse portfolio of high-quality residential developments across the UK. Their projects include high-rise and low-rise apartment schemes, large-scale housing developments and mixed-use residential projects, with an overall development pipeline and project values in excess of 300 million.Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Technical Director to lead and manage the technical function across their developments in the West Midlands.Technical Director - Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the technical department, providing strategic direction and leadership across multiple residential developments.Oversee the technical delivery of high-rise, low-rise and traditional housing projects from land acquisition and planning through to construction and completion.Manage and coordinate external consultants, including architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants and specialist subcontractors.Ensure all designs are technically compliant, commercially viable and delivered in line with programme requirements.Review and manage planning conditions, Building Regulations requirements and statutory approvals.Provide technical input during the land acquisition and pre-construction stages, identifying potential design, planning and construction risks.Work closely with ..... full job details .....
