This is a hands-on technical leadership role. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership while retaining a strong understanding of the underlying engineering, particularly across ATE, electronics, hardware, software and mechanical integration. You will lead technical strategy, support engineering teams, review and challenge technical solutions, and work closely with customers from requirements and system architecture through to design, build, integration and commissioning. What We Need Significant experience in Automated Test Equipment (ATE), test systems or automated testing Strong electronics/electrical engineering background Proven hands-on experience with electronic hardware and circuit design Strong understanding of analogue and digital electronics, instrumentation and fault finding Experience designing and developing test rigs, fixtures, test stations or ATE systems ...
