Based from one of several regional offices with hybrid working and regular travel, the role suits an established ecology specialist with senior consultancy, business development and team leadership experience.Role and ResponsibilitiesAct as technical authority for ecologyOversee major and complex ecological commissionsLead EcIA, HRA and BNG assessmentsDevelop technical standards and best practiceManage regional growth, resources and performanceYou will provide quality assurance, guide complex technical decisions and support nationally significant project delivery. The position also includes regional business planning, strategic client engagement, major framework bids, financial management and collaboration with Directors across multidisciplinary services.Skills and Experience RequiredDegree in Ecology, Environmental Science or equivalentExtensive senior ecological consultancy experienceExpert EcIA, HRA and BNG knowledgeStrong commercial and financial management capabilityFull CIEEM membershipYou must demonstrate success in developing teams, growing business performance and maintaining strategic client relationships.
