Your key focus will be to manage a department of highly skilled engineers and engineering managers encompassing electronic hardware/software, PCB & mechanical design engineers. You will responsible for delivery of technical solutions to customers and technical services/support to internal functions including sales and operations. You will also actively define and deliver the product roadmap and process improvements with the relevant managers. You will be expected to deliver product improvements, refining solutions where necessary for value enhancement, issue resolution and/or cost reduction, Ensure that necessary changes to engineering processes are implemented to improve efficiency, effectiveness and output quality. You will also support the commercial and business development functions to define technical solutions, cost and delivery and work with the manufacturing function to resolve product issues arising from returned, faulty and/or defective product whilst assisting procurement when the need for technical support arises in pre and post sales procure...
