They are looking to recruit a Building Services Technical Director to oversse MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) engineering teams, directing strategic project designs, and driving client relationships. Core Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Overseeing high-profile multidisciplinary projects, largely critical data centres but may include other sectors. Technical Authority: Approving detailed designs, feasibility studies, and specifications across all RIBA work stages.
