They are looking to recruit an eltrically-biased Building Services Technical Director to oversse-MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) engineering teams on largely repalcement plant projects across a data centre portfolio. Core Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Overseeing high-profile multidisciplinary projects, largely critical data centres but may include other sectors. Technical Authority: Approving detailed designs, feasibility studies, and specifications across all RIBA work stages. Business Development: Driving new work, negotiating contracts, and acting as the key client interface.
