Technical Design Manager Tekla / BIM Architectural Metalwork, Façades, Balconies and Structural Steel Location: North London Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience The Role We are looking for an experienced Technical Design Manager to take ownership of the design function across a diverse portfolio of architectural metalwork, balconies, façades and structural steel projects. This is a key position, working closely with the Operations Director and senior leadership team to ensure the design, BIM and production functions are aligned, efficient and delivering to programme. You will act as the link between technical design, project management, operations and manufacturing, ensuring that information flows effectively throughout the business and that projects move seamlessly from design through to fabrication and installation. We are looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with the commercial awareness, communication skills and leadership ability to influence performance across the wider organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the technical design and detailing function across architectural metalwork, balconies, façades and structural steel projects.
