Technical Design Manager / Senior Façades DesignerLocation: Potters Bar, HertfordshireSalary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annumSector: Construction / Façades / High-Rise Recladding / Building EnvelopeEmployment Type: Full-time The Opportunity Hill McGlynn are currently working with an established specialist façade contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Technical Design Manager / Senior Façades Designer to join their team, based from their offices in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced façade design professional with a strong background in the high-rise recladding sector to take a senior position within the design function. The successful candidate will have experience working across a range of façade and building-envelope systems, including rainscreen cladding, brick slips, EWI, decking, curtain walling and windows, alongside experience supporting the preparation and coordination of Building Safety Regulator (BSR) submissions. You will also play an important role in the management and development of Design Team members, providing technical guidance and ensuring projects are delivered to the required design, compliance and quality standards.
