Technical Design Assistant

Assistant Technical Designer, Croydon area35 hours per week, Monday to FridaySpecialist manufacturing business, with made to order products.The Technical team will design and adapt company products according to client requirements and specifications. The team work from CAD drawings and work with key client and internal stakeholders to assist with quotation, design and installation stages of projects.A broad role within the technical team, with involvement in all stages of the development cycle not just design:FeasibilityReportsPlanningDesign, drawingsApprovalsOrders and price checkingTracking and prioritising to meet the needs of the business.This a dynamic role, providing an excellent service and advising to all other departments, including supporting the production team as required.Experience required:AutoCAD plus ideally SolidworksExperience Keyshot is desirable but not essentialExperience in a similar role, within a technical design teamConstruction, manufacturing, engineering or similar sector experienceBuilding Regulations knowledge is desirableAbility to work autonomouslyStrong communications skills across various levels of stakeholders both internal and ..... full job details .....
