This is a technical delivery role, not a traditional project management position. You will be responsible for understanding existing water systems, developing practical solutions, producing specifications and BoQs, and managing their successful installation on site. You will work closely with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects are technically sound, commercially viable and delivered to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct site surveys and assess existing plumbing, water systems, flow rates and pressures. Identify and develop practical water-efficiency solutions. Produce technical specifications, scopes of work, BoQs and material schedules. Support project costing, contractor quotations and Investment Grade Proposals.
