to lead delivery across multiple projects and teams. This role will give you the chance to shape how delivery frameworks scale as the business continues to grow!Responsibilities

Leading delivery across cross-functional technical teamsManaging complex interdependencies between products and projectsDriving continuous improvement of agile (Kanban) processesPartnering with engineers to integrate AI into development and data pipelinesOverseeing delivery metrics, reporting, and governanceActing as the link between stakeholders and technical teamsDesigning scalable delivery frameworks to support future growthRequirements

Experience leading technical delivery in fast-paced environmentsStrong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred)Exposure to AI/ML in development or data pipelinesSolid understanding of agile ways of working (Kanban in particular)Skilled with JIRA, Confluence and Azure DevOpsFinancial services knowledge is desirable30-minute Teams callFinal stage face-to-face interviewSeniority level
