Technical Delivery Manager Location: Centre Radbroke, Knutsford WA16 9EU Hybrid - 60% office and 40% remote Duration: 25/12/2026 Rae: 400 - 487 CONTRACTOR MUST BE ELIGIBLE FOR BPSS The client is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to support the strategic design, implementation, and continuous evolution of critical technology and cybersecurity programmes within the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) function. This role is responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex technology initiatives, enabling engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise governance, regulatory requirements, and security standards. The Technical Delivery Manager will act as the key interface between business stakeholders, engineering teams, product owners, architects, and senior leadership to ensure efficient planning, prioritisation, and execution of strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be a strong delivery leader with extensive experience managing cross-functional agile teams, driving process improvements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across global technology organizations.
