Role Title: Technical Delivery Manager Start Date: 20th July 2026End Date: 30th November 2026Rate: 400 - 490Location: Knutsford - 3 days on site Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to support the strategic design, implementation, and continuous evolution of critical technology and cybersecurity programmes within the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) function. This role is responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex technology initiatives, enabling engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise governance, regulatory requirements, and security standards. Required Skills and ExperienceMinimum 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Programme Management, or Technical Delivery Management.Strong experience delivering complex technology programmes using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.Deep understanding of Agile SDLC concepts including:Product BacklogsFeatures and User StoriesAcceptance CriteriaDefinition of Ready (DoR)Definition of Done (DoD)Sprint Planning and RetrospectivesProven experience managing cross-functional agile teams operating within distributed and global delivery models.Strong understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand technical designs and architecture concepts.Hands-on experience with Agile and collaboration ..... full job details .....
