Working closely with cross-functional engineering teams, product managers, and key stakeholders, you will ensure complex, high-stakes software solutions are delivered predictably, securely, and at pace.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Delivery andamp; Agile Leadership: Lead agile delivery across multiple engineering workstreams, driving sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.Architecture andamp; Engineering Alignment: Partner with senior developers and architects to translate complex requirements into actionable technical roadmaps and deliverable epics.Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear progress reporting, dependency tracking, and risk management.Unblocking Engineering: Proactively identify and eliminate technical blockers, delivery bottlenecks, and operational friction to maintain continuous engineering velocity.Governance andamp; ..... full job details .....
