Technical Delivery Manager Workday and People Systems Salary: £68,700 £91,950 Location: Cambridge, UK (Hybrid % office-based) Contract: Permanent Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager Workday and People Systems to lead the delivery, support and continuous improvement of a global organisation''s HR technology platforms, with Workday at the core. This role sits at the intersection of Technology and HR, ensuring business-critical people systems remain secure, reliable and deliver an excellent employee experience. The Role As Technical Delivery Manager, you will lead a specialist team responsible for the delivery, support and governance of Workday and the wider People Systems landscape. You will combine strong technical expertise with delivery leadership, ensuring solutions are delivered efficiently while maintaining high standards of service, security and platform performance. Leading a team of approximately 6 8 technical professionals, you will work closely with HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Technology teams and third-party partners to deliver business value through technology.
