The platform will enable standardised BPMN-driven workflows, improved operational efficiency, and reduced reliance on legacy workflow technologies. The role is embedded within EMEA IT and works closely with the BPMN CoE, platform engineering teams, and business delivery stakeholders. It combines platform implementation support with hands-on project management of early adoption use cases, alongside helping to manage and prioritise a growing demand pipeline.
