Technical Delivery Lead

Role: Technical Delivery LeadSalary: Up to £55,000 Location: Ludlow (2 days per week)VIQU are working with a software business expanding rapidly globally and they''re looking for a Technical Delivery Lead to play a key role in that journey.This is a mix of hands on integration and reporting work with SQL, and delivery, ensuring a third party completes projects within the set time frame to a certain quality level. Responsibilities of the Technical Delivery Lead Own delivery across integrations, reporting, data migrations, and system configurationLead a distributed team covering integrations, data reporting and delivery.Distributing tasks among team members, balancing commitments and priorities, owning delivery timelines.Write and manage SQL queries to support integrations and resolve data issues, Act as the escalation point for complex technical challenges. Lead and coordinate a small, distributed team, setting priorities and supporting delivery. Plan and track workstreams to ensure deadlines and commitments are metDrive improvements through automation, AI, standardisation, and modernisation. Ensure clear documentation and smooth transition into ongoing support. Skills andamp; Experience Required Strong SQL skills, confident writing complex queries. Experience with system integrations, APIs, or data feeds and ETL. Background in reporting, dashboards, or data extractionGood understanding of environments, deployments, and system configuration.
