With a strong understanding of change control, configuration management, and ITIL-based operations you''ll lead the hands-on delivery of specific technical workstreams within IT transformation and infrastructure projects. Experience in managing complex technical integrations across infrastructure, applications, and identity/security services is vital, as we''ll look to you to ensure effective coordination of technical activities across multiple projects, delivering stable, secure, and scalable IT solutions that support core housing services and digital innovation. You''ll carry out delegated activities to support the production of workstream and project plans that identify and organise all the activities needed to deliver project objectives and that comply with the organisation''s project management framework, using your strong awareness of service transition principles and operational readiness planning.
