Technical Customer Support

Aerospace engineering company have an opportunity for an organised and multi tasking individual to join their small team. As a Technical & Customer Support Representative you will be involved with all aspects of the business including:

• Be the main customer point of contact

• Produce repair estimates/pricing (approved OEM/customer data)

• Coordinate materials, tooling and outside processes

• Support engineering planning and shop-floor queries

• Create BOMs/factory routings and update worksheets as needed

• Help close out NCRs

What we''re looking for:

• Experience in manufacturing (aviation preferred)

• Estimating/pricing experience

• General computer skills, strong communication, organised

• Desirable: Part-145, engineering qualification, MRP/ERP experience.

The role is working Mon - Thurs 07:30 to 16:00 & Fri 07:30 to 12:30.
