They are based in beautiful offices in Central Bristol.  The company make a SaaS platform specialising in workforce screening, deployment, attendance, tracking, and financial management solutions used by national clients across the globe.  You will work closely with customers where required, but your primary responsibility will be supporting the wider Customer Success team by investigating technical issues, configuring customer environments, producing reports, assisting with integrations and ensuring implementations run smoothly.  The role is ideal for someone with experience in Service Desk, Technical Support or Systems Support who enjoys solving problems, working with data and helping customers get the most from software.
