This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused professional to join a successful organisation supplying specialist products to customers worldwide.Working closely with the sales and operations teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring customers receive a seamless and high-quality service from enquiry through to delivery.Key Responsibilities- Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels- Processing customer orders and supporting the sales team with daily administration- Managing order updates, queries and resolving customer issues efficiently- Preparing documentation, including invoices, shipping documents and packing lists- Setting up new customer accounts and maintaining accurate records within internal systems- Assisting with export orders and obtaining freight quotations when required- Supporting CRM updates and maintaining customer information- Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products where appropriateThe Ideal Candidate- Previous experience in customer service, sales support or a similar administrative role- Strong communication ..... full job details .....
