You''ll be right in the thick of the technical department including part audit prep, part documentation stabiliser. You ll be helping keep the site BRC ready and the products safe, compliant and consistent.What you''ll be doing: Getting the site audit-ready for BRCGS and other third-party visitsBalancing QA with QC day to dayPlaying an active role in the HACCP teamSupporting new product and process introductions alongside the Technical/CI teamLeading GMP, glass and plastic audits on siteInspecting incoming materials, packaging and finished productKeeping supplier approval, document control and complaints records in good shapeDigging into root cause when things go wrong such as complaints, deviations, non-conformances What you''ll bring: A qualification in Food Technology or Food ScienceInternal auditing certificationHACCP Level 2 (or above) The details: £30,000, Monday to Friday, bank holidays.This is a perfect place to develop your career, giving you exposure you won''t receive elsewhere.
