Technical Coordinator

Job Title Technical CoordinatorLocation ColeshillSalary 40,000 - 50,000 + package Randstad are working alongside a large regional house building company who are growing throughout the region, who are seeking a technical coordinator to join their team. As the Technical Coordinator, you will coordinate all technical information between external consultants and internal departments throughout the design and construction process. To ensure all approvals are obtained and information received and issued to allow for a prompt start on site. Role and responsibilitiesEnsure all drawings and details are accurate and commercially suitable throughout the design and construction phase stages.Co-ordinate and chair design team meetings with internal and external participantsAttend and contribute to progress meetings on site as required.Co-ordinate the planning process where required and review planning approval to ensure conditions are addressed prior to start on siteAgree construction specification, SAP and bream strategy for the projectCoordinate the submission of a Building Control application and supporting documentationLiaise with consultants and attend meetings to progress all relevant Technical mattersAssist Commercial and Buying teams in review and approval of subcontractor design information.Ensure accurate and on time design information in line with client requirementsApply for and secure statutory body approval of Engineering Design and ground remediationCo-ordinate and ..... full job details .....
