Technical CoordinatorSalary: Up to 60,000 (Depending on experience) Location: Canterbury Permanent Full-Time at siteWe are seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator with a background in civil engineering, housebuilding, property development or construction to join a successful housing developer based on the outskirts of Canterbury.This is a technical role supporting residential and mixed-use development projects, working closely with the Technical Director from initial land acquisition and technical due diligence through planning, design, infrastructure delivery and completion.Key ResponsibilitiesLead technical and engineering due diligence for potential land acquisitions, identifying development constraints, risks and abnormal costs.Coordinate civil engineering, highways, drainage, utilities and other technical disciplines throughout the development process.Manage external consultants and coordinate technical information, drawings and reports to meet project requirements.Support planning applications and manage technical approvals and agreements, including Section 38, Section 104, Section 278 and Section 106.Liaise with local authorities, statutory bodies, utility companies, contractors and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.Provide technical input into development appraisals, budgets, programmes and infrastructure strategies.Support projects through construction, ensuring technical issues and design requirements are effectively managed.Provide practical and ..... full job details .....
