Based in Whiteley, Hampshire, this role suits someone with strong construction knowledge, AutoCAD proficiency and building regulations experience, supporting live developments through technical coordination, approvals, working drawings and consultant management.Role and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate consultants and technical production informationManage planning conditions and associated technical requirementsPrepare building regulations and statutory approval submissionsProduce working drawings and supporting technical informationReview supplier, manufacturer and sales technical informationYou will provide technical support to Project Managers, Site Managers and other departments, helping assess buildability and maintain accurate project information throughout delivery.Skills and Experience RequiredHNC in Building or relevant NVQ Level 5Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office 365Detailed knowledge of building regulations processesUnderstanding of construction law and regulatory constraintsStrong organisation, communication and problem-solving skillsYou should be confident coordinating internal and external stakeholders, prioritising changing requirements and maintaining accurate technical reporting.Salary and ..... full job details .....
