Role Overview
As Technical Coordinator, you will act as a central figure in organising engineering-related processes and documentation, facilitating collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Procurement. You will manage technical files, control documents, and support product readiness from concept through to delivery, playing a critical part in maintaining their engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day technical and administrative support to the Engineering team.
  • Coordinate Toolbox Talks, Engineering to Order (ETO) processes, and Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).
  • Manage and maintain:
    • Switch plates, rating plates, wiring numbers, and BC numbers.
    • Digital artworks for sticker packs, weight/shipping decals.
    • Calibration certificates, build records, and test documentation.
  • Print and validate engineering schematics to ensure project compliance.
  • Work closely with Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, and Procurement teams to align engineering outputs with production timelines.

Qualifications & Experience
  • ONC qualified in Engineering or currently pursuing a recognised engineering certification.
  • Proven experience in a technical coordination or administrative role, ideally within engineering or manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), databases, and document control systems.
  • Experience with Illustrator or similar graphics software (desirable).
  • Knowledge of decal/label design and print processes is advantageous.
  • Understanding of engineering drawings, production terminology, and technical workflows.
