Technical Coordinator

Our client is a leading 5-star builder, delivering quality houses throughout the East Anglia and Cambridgeshire area. Due to an ongoing busy workload, we are looking to onboard a Technical Coordinator to the technical discipline. Ideally with 3+ years of experience within residential development, you will be managing up to 5 schemes at any one time, all at various stages of delivery. This would ideally suit a confident self-starter with drive and ambition.
