Technical Conveyancer - Leeds An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Conveyancer to join a leading national residential conveyancing business. This role is ideal for a technically strong Conveyancer who enjoys supporting colleagues, resolving complex legal issues and helping to maintain the highest standards across a busy conveyancing team. As a Technical Conveyancer, you will provide expert legal and technical support to residential conveyancing teams, assisting with complex matters while ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently and in line with best practice. Key responsibilities include: Providing technical legal support across a broad range of residential conveyancing matters Advising colleagues on complex freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership and unregistered title transactions Carrying out technical title checks where required Dealing with deeds of variation and lease extension matters Acting on behalf of lenders in equity release purchase transactions and repossession sales Liaising closely with Team Managers to ensure urgent or technically challenging files are progressed promptly Auditing completed files and providing clear, constructive feedback to Conveyancers Identifying opportunities to improve ..... full job details .....
