Role Overview We are seeking a Technical Consultant to join Verelogic IT Solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a range of client projects, from discovery through to implementation, while supporting the ongoing delivery of services to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the IT Solutions team to deliver client projects, including infrastructure assessments, solution design, and implementation. Support requirements gathering and technical discovery workshops, translating business needs into clear technical deliverables. Design, configure, and implement solutions across on-premises and cloud environments in line with agreed architecture and best practice. Provide technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, escalating and coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors as required.
