Technical ConsultantLocation: Horsham, West SussexSalary: Up to £50,000 + potential commissionAbout the RoleWe re working with an established and growing IT services business that is looking for an experienced Technical Consultant to join their team.This is a varied, hands-on position that combines technical consultancy, presales, project delivery and escalations. You ll play a key role in understanding client requirements, designing and delivering technical solutions, and supporting the wider technical team when complex issues arise.The role would suit someone who enjoys working directly with customers, taking ownership of projects from initial design through to completion, and acting as the technical point of reference within an MSP environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.Support presales activities, including technical discovery, solution design, scoping and client presentations.Take ownership of technical projects from initial planning and design through to implementation and handover.Lead and deliver infrastructure, cloud, Microsoft 365 and networking projects.Act as a senior escalation point for the Service Desk, providing guidance and resolving complex technical issues.Produce technical documentation, project plans and solution designs.Work alongside the Service Desk, Project and Account Management teams to ensure successful client outcomes.Provide technical consultancy ..... full job details .....
