Technical Consultant- Dry Lining SolutionsAt Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions, we are looking for a talented Technical Consultant to join our technical support team. The team focus on providing our market leading, bespoke and credible solutions to our customers, specifiers and our customer centric facing colleagues.As part of the role you will be demonstrating technical competency with our stakeholders, providing advice that is delivered to the highest standards, whilst also being in a timely and accurate manner.The role is office-based in our East Leake Office.What you will be doing:Building relationships with allocated key partnerships/market sectors and colleagues to deliver technical support solutions and services to meet required service level agreements, customer expectations and demanding requirements.Demonstrates the relevant level of technical competence, plus ongoing commitment to continually learn and evolve to carry out the role efficientlyUnderstanding of the market and exploring customers'' needs and requirements considering practicality and regulatory requirements.Providing general and bespoke technical advice and solutions to allocated customers both externally and internallyKeeping abreast of the latest technical and legislative changes related to all products and systems across the business What we''re looking for:Team player with good interpersonal, verbal and written communication.Knowledge of Acoustics, fire, building materials within constructionCapable ..... full job details .....
