Technical Consultant – Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) role at

The position focuses on maintaining and developing business with customers in the region of Basingstoke and the southwest of the UK by providing excellent training, education, and technical support to ensure targets are met or exceeded while enhancing Medtronic’s reputation in the market.Responsibilities

Providing technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company productsPlanning and prioritising clinical, technical and education programmes with input from sales staff and other relevant functional groupsProviding implant support to the clinical team in the catheterisation laboratory / operating theatre and providing technical support to customers before and after device implantationProviding troubleshooting support to the field sales force and customers on requestOrganising and conducting training for customers (physicians, physiologists, and nurses) in collaboration with the district team, including preparation of study material and plansBuilding strong and lasting relationships with key decision makers and others influential in the purchasing processSupporting marketing and sales in the introduction and market release of new and innovative products and therapies through clinical review and customer engagementRequired Knowledge and Experience

Experience as a Cardiac Physiologist, Registered Nurse with Cardiac experience, Radiographer with Cath lab experience, or Cardiac medical device experienceIBHRE and/or BHRS device accreditation and/or previous training/education experience would be advantageousAble to work in an operating room environmentNeed to live a commutable distance from BasingstokeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication and influencing skills and strong organisational skillsDriving licencePhysical Job Requirements
