My client who are an established UK technology business that deliver Cloud, Connectivity and Communications solutions to a broad customer base. Are looking for a Technical Consultant to deliver secure, reliable technical solutions for customers across Microsoft, cloud, infrastructure and networking environments. The role will combine solution design, implementation, consultancy and technical support. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver technical solutions based on customer requirements. Work directly with senior stakeholders to understand technical and business needs. Provide hands-on technical support remotely and onsite when required. Produce detailed technical documentation including RFPs, RFIs, SoWs, HLDs and LLDs. Support pre-sales activity, helping shape solutions and customer proposals. Contribute to the improvement and maintenance of internal IT environments. Essential Experience: Eligible for SC clearance.
